Being aware of how you spend your time, what you focus your energy on on, having clear goals and intentions for each day will help you to be more intentional with everything you do.

Making a concerted effort to include activities in our day that calm the mind, promote healthy mindset and lifestyle will mean you get more out of each day.

The key to having more balance in all areas of your life is to be conscious with your time and activities to ensure everything you do has meaning and is either useful, enjoyable or benefits you and the people closest to you.
